30-day money-back guarantee. If Streamless isn't right for you, email us within 30 days of your purchase and we'll refund you in full. No need to explain why.
How it works
Streamless is made by Sodium Studio, LLC and sold through Paddle.com, our authorized reseller and merchant of record. We want you to be happy with your purchase, so we offer a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date, for any reason.
How to request a refund
Email us at contact@streamless.app within 30 days of your purchase. Please include the email address you used at checkout or your Paddle order number so we can locate your order. We'll process the refund promptly — typically within a few business days.
Refunds are issued through Paddle to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take several additional days for the refunded amount to appear on your statement.
A free trial, too
Streamless also comes with a 14-day free trial, so you can rip, organize, and sync with your own iPod before you pay anything. We encourage you to use it — but if you do buy and change your mind, the 30-day guarantee above still applies.
Your statutory rights
This policy is offered in addition to, and does not limit, any refund or cancellation rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your country or region. Where local law grants you broader rights, those rights apply.
